Haute Tulip is a southern online boutique that sells casual, contemporary apparel and accessories for women. We are based out of Louisville, Kentucky and our goal is to reach not just to the women in our immediate area, but to all women of the world. We want every woman to feel comfortable with her body at every stage. Whether she has just delivered a baby, shooting for a new promotion at her job, or wanting to find her style Haute Tulip will deliver. We are here to pave a way for her individualized style and will help mold her self-esteem.

SECTION  1- WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION


We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via our website, e-mail or other direct contact from you. We will not sell nor rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third parties outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to process an order, ship an order, return an order, exchange an order, i.e.


We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to the user's email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our discretion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy,

(This information may change due to any updates and/or changes through our provider.) To use the Service thereafter, you do need to submit further Personal Information [which is listed above]. 1.2.   Information you provide us by registering for an account

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, and creating a user name and a password. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address and  IP address in accordance with this Privacy Policy as well as any additional information you willingly submitted. Please note if you do not fill out the mandatory information you will not be able to create an account.

The Site and the Service are not directed toward children as defined by local law nor does Haute Tulip collect information from children (as defined by local) without parental consent except where in compliance with applicable laws. The site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit/ debit card, place an order we imply that you consent to our collecting of you information.

We will keep records of your correspondence.
